Zahra Partovi, who has collaborated with more than 20 visual artists as a translator and maker of limited-edition artist books, screens her new film depicting an imaginary bus trip through the four stations of the day: dawn, midday, evening, and deep night. With poetry by Federico Garcia Lorca, Xiao Gang and JM Rumi.

Zahra Partovi, the film's creator, was born in Tehran, Iran. She holds degrees in English and Near Eastern literature from Tehran and Columbia universities. Collaborating with more than 20 visual artists as a translator and book maker, Partovi has authored 12 limited-edition artist-books published by Vincent FitzGerald & Co.. These works are in major museum and library collections in the United States and Europe. Partovi has created several films and sound and image installations, the most recent of which is The Bus.
