A fairly young non-profit organization, Making Art Everywhere's current project, the Sri Lanka Art Project, strives to aid the Sri Lankan child survivors the devastating tsunami of December 2004 through art lessons. The benefit event will auction some of the artwork created by these children, as well as artwork by Sri Lanka's leading contemporary artists, with the proceeds directed to the development and growth of the Sri Lanka Project. www.SriLankaArtProject.com
