Please join us for an informal talk about the work of calligrapher Hassan Massoudy each Saturday afternoon for the duration of the exhibition Words, Breath, Gesture (February 23—March 25). Learn about his practice, in which he contemporizes traditional Arabic script and interprets passages from Eastern and Western literature. Massoudy is a celebrated Iraqi-born artist based in Paris. This exhibition features more than twenty-five works on paper alongside notable paintings on canvas.
